sending blog to email list

    Is this the place to ask a question? It is probably a very elementary question.. How do I send my blog to my email list directly, and them receive the full ‘theme’ of it?
    Currently I am sending a Constant Contact message with a link to open the blog
    When I tried adding ‘users’, which i thought was the answer, it doesnt open to the actual full picture ‘theme’ of the blog.
    Thanks for any options and advice
