Sending blogs to email friends

  I want to send postings from my blog by email to someone who is not on Facebook or any other social media. At least he has email!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Put the Subscription widget in the sidebar and have him click it. Then he can sign up for emails.
