Sending Details to Paypal

  I am trying to upgrade my account and when I select the PayPal payment option, I see “Sending details to PayPal” and nothing happens.

  I’ve let it sit for 5 minutes before I close the browser completely and retry.

  Tried with latest Firefox and Chrome browsers.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you tried clear cache and cookies on your web browsers as explained here to see if it helps?

  I am also tagging the post with “modlook” for the WordPress.com staff’s attention.

  I ended up using “incognito mode” in Google Chrome and it worked.

  @rccorey if it works in incognito but not your regular Chrome profile, it could indeed be cache or cookies, or it could be a browser extension getting in the way.

  Would you be willing to temporarily disable each browser extension you’re using to see if that works?

  If it does not, you could clear cache, and if that still doesn’t work, you should be able to delete cookies for WordPress.com and Paypal to see if that helps. But I’m guessing it’s an issue with an extension.
