Sending email from a form in my page

  Hello,

  I need to develop a form on my page, where the user would enter his email, a subject and a message but without having to specify my email. This form would send the message to my email without having t exposed to the user.

  My question is: would that be possible? If yes with which subscription? Is there ready form for that, or I have to develop it as front end?
