Sending Email Notifications to Followers of New Posts

  I have a new blog on WordPress.com. How do I set it up so that followers receive email notifications when I create a new post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets

  Drag and drop the email subscription Widget to one of your sidebars or Footers
