Sending Emails

I’d like to know if I could send an email to my Followers and Email Followers for my site on the update of Pages or the release of Pages as they individually go up.
An email automatically goes out when posts are released as that’s what I want, but I don’t want an email to go out whenever I release a new page, just specific ones. Please let me know if this is doable.
(I can’t find my Followers list with this new theme either. Is that a setting for this theme?)

Pages which are for static content that rarely changes do not have RSS feeds a that means that they cannot be automatically sent out to subscribers like Posts. Only Posts have RSS Feeds and you have not published any posts as yet http://transformsdc.com/posts/

This is also not theme dependent.
You cannot personally identify visitors. Many of us do not use our personal email addresses when we subscribe to follow blogs. We use throwaway email addresses that do not contain our actual names.

Thank you, I was not able to find my followers since I changed to the Sela Theme.
