Sending in tax exemption forms

  I need to submit my tax exemption information, but the chatbot won’t give me any true solutions to submitting it, it’s convinced that there’s a method I can submit my forms through the wordpress.com/help site. Please get in contact with me so I can submit my tax exemption forms and I can upgrade to a paid version of WordPress.
