sending links from my post to your post

  I am new to blogging and I’m having difficulty figuring out how to send a link to another blogger from one of my post….you know where the lettering turns blue and you click on it and it sends you straight to my post…..
  I know it may sound like a stupid question, but its making me frustrated…help!
