Sending My GoDaddy Site to WordPress

    Hi,

    I have a site I own through godaddy.com. It is “thehumanimpact.org.” I have already mapped it through WordPress. However, in the past, I have always had to change where my sites “point” in the DNS Zone File on godaddy.

    For the life of me, I cannot figure out what your pointing #s are. I used to be with SquareSpace, so my site currently points to 184.168.221.48 (their numbers).

    What are yours?

    Hi there,

    With WordPress.com you can only point your site using Nameservers rather than using the A Record (which is the numbers which you were referencing). It will require you changing a different setting, but this is what you’ll need:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
