  I am trying to add the sendpress plug in but I can’t find plug ins in my menu to do so.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Third party plugins cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk.

  Plugins are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

  Once you’ve compiled that mailing list, you can send a newsletter from an outside service such as Mailchimp.com.
