Senior administrator wants to retire from annaheavens.com wordpress site
-
One of our administrators, yogitoby, would like to remove himself. As he is the senior administrator I understand that this has to be done by WordPress staff.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address. The sole owner of the blog can transfer ownership of the blog to another username account.
To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B the blog’s owner must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog they want to transfer to the other username account.
Next they add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.
adding users http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
user roles http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/Then A can use this process to transfer the blog to that username account B instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

Hello there!
The user yogitoby is the owner of the blog and before he can be removed, he must transfer ownership to another user. To do that, here are instructions:

If he prefers Staff to do it for him, please point him to this thread and make the request himself. Thank you!

Bothy Toby and I have done everything we can do and nothing seems to have changed. Can you please help? I believe we’ve both followed all the relevant instructions.
Thank you very much.
The basic symptom is that support requests go to Toby’s e-mail and not mine.

Hey there,
Thanks for getting back to me. I can see that Toby had successfully turned over ownership and I’ve gone ahead and removed him from the blog. Let me know if you need anything else. Cheers!

I’ve re-invited Toby (which was our plan), but I’m not sure things are right yet. I’ve just tried sending an e-mail through the contact form … and it’s not got through yet.
This whole business of the contact e-mail is why we’ve done this dance of transferring the domain, because Toby doesn’t want to receive or handle them and I do.
Can you check how contact e-mails are configured, or point me to where I can change the configuration, please? I’m finding Toby’s contact details scattered throughout configuration pages, but I don’t seem to have hit the right one yet.
Thanks for your help so far. Hope we’re nearly there.

Hi there!
The contact form works in such a way that when it is submitted, the email is sent to the author of the page by default.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/#notification-preferences
I went ahead and set you as the page’s author, and added your email address into the form as the recipient. To help you test this, I just sent you a message. Let me know if it worked. :)
Cheers,
Andrew D.

Aha! I think something may have changed — the contact form now sends to me. Ok, I think we may be solved here.
druesome, thanks for the changes … it may be that your test message was just a trifle too early? Anyhow, my test seemed to work now.
