Sensei LMS Plugin no access to installation key #

    I purchased one Sensei LMS license. The purchase was over the phone with installation support included in the purchase. Sensei LMS needs to be updated from version 1.8.8 to 1.9.14. The installation was done incorrectly, and Woodcommerce Helper can’t perform the update because a purchase key was never installed. I have the purchase code # and date of purchase, but I can’t move forward, because I am dependent on the company who installed the problem. Is it possible to get the purchase key, so the consumer or users can cut and paste the # and migrate it to the website where it can be useful? If any centralized database is available, please share? Thanks

    That sounds like a wordpress.ORG issue to me.

    What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you are referring to please?
