sent a page to the trash but…

  it’s still on the site only now it says “Not Found.” I went to my trash and it wasn’t there so I can’t delete it permanently or restore it. I tried emptying cache from beginning of time–no luck. I tried refreshing the page–no luck.
  Ideally, I want this page to disappear and want to move another page to the opening spot of my site. Help!

  Hi Mindy,

  Currently your front page is set to show your latest posts, and you don’t have any, which is why that message is displaying. To choose a different page as your front page, go to Settings->Reading here:
  https://mindyaglerlmhc.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php

  There, you can choose the “static page” option at the top there and choose any of your published pages from the dropdown menu to be your front page.
