Sent Email about Premium Cancellation Refund

    Hi,

    I tried over the weekend to cancel my premium trial without receiving a confirmation email. I got one this morning and finally got it taken care of but my bank is showing payment as pending and i would like it refunded please.

    Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.

    Hi there,

    I checked your account, and the pending payment was canceled on this end — you won’t be charged for that Premium plan. However, it may take some time for your bank to process that on their end and clear the pending charge from your account.

    If there’s anything more I can do to help, or if there’s anything we could do to make that Premium plan more useful to you, please let me know! :)
