  Hi,
  Unfortunately, plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com. You can only install plugins on a self-hosted WordPress site.

  Hi there,

  On a WordPress.com site, you cannot install third party plug ins you find online on your website. To do that, you will have to install them on a self hosted WordPress.org site. If you don’t know the difference, please read more about it here.

  However, just by having a WordPress.com website, your site is already very SEO friendly. Read more about SEO on WordPress. com here and here. Also notice the excerpts I posted below, which I found on the sites I just linked to.
