SEO Analytics – H1, H2, H3 tags

Hi,
I’ve just done an SEO Analytics on my website, and it says I don’t have enough H1 tags, and have too many H2 + H3 tags. Is this something that can be changed, or is it build in to WordPress.com’s code?

SEO is great on WordPress.com without your having to do anything special other than post. The longer your blog exists, the more you post, and the more people who visit it, the higher it should climb in Google’s rankings.
