SEO and Plugins for Business account in WordPress.com

  I upgraded my free account to Business on 1/17/2016 to get access to all SEO plugins. To my dismay I did not get access to all but only to three standard. I need Google Analytics and others for my site to function properly.
  In forums I was told that one can not get access to SEO tools via PordPress.com site but only via PordPress.org site.
  1. Is it true? Or should I use something in ..com site to get access?
  2. If it is true and I should have my site built up with ….org, how can I transfer my file “pianotutors.net” fro …com to ..org site?
