SEO, appearing in google's results

  Hi,
  I’d like to know if there’s any way to get my new blog (which contains my full name) to appear in google results? When I google my name, I’d like my WordPress blog to appear near the top, but as of now, it’s nowhere to be found. Other very small things on the internet that contain my name appear, but not the blog. Any help would be much appreciated.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please do a forum search; we literally answer this question a dozen times a day. I don’t mean to be brusque, but there’s so much good information here already that retyping it would only mean I leave things out.

  The forum search is whack, actually. Either click on the SEO tag in the forum tag cloud or go to Google and search:

  SEO site:en.forums.wordpress.com
