Hello,
We have posted similar question to ecwid wordpress board and would appreciate clarification on this topic before our two week trial for wordpress.com comes to a close.
Our store is here:

It is functioning fine as far as we can see. Updates we make on
Ecwid have been immediately and accurately showing on wordpress.com. The search box is working, etc. We have 5,000 items in this store, and growing, and therefore are well vested in Ecwid.We are inquiring about SEO. We’ve read where SEO is available via a wordpress.com business subscription with a paid Ecwid store. We currently have both in place.
Before our account is charged $299. next week for the wordpress.com business, we want to be sure our store will be available for indexing with friendly url’s via wordpress.com. We
recognize it takes anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks for propagation, so we are trying to get a solid answer before we proceed.Thank You for your assistance in this matter.

The URLs that are generated by Ecwid aren’t ideal for SEO, but if your main site is well organized, and you include good information in your product descriptions, that should improve your SEO in time.
What I would recommend is that you build out a solid home page that explains what your store is, and also include more information in your About page. You may want to have policies, historical information, even personal content.
A blog attached to this site that includes news, new offerings, and other information will go even further to improve your SEO.
