SEO fields for posts no longer available?

Until a couple of days ago, I could set the SEO Title and SEO Description on my posts, under this tab. Those fields have disappeared. WP is hosting my site, which includes Jetpack. Does anyone know what may have changed that took them away?

Hey there,
I was just checking my site and I am still able to add an SEO Title and SEO Description to a post. So maybe another plugin is making this happen?
If you have another plugin, why dont you try deactivating it and trying again. -

@msobczak1138 do you also have a WordPress.com Premium upgrade on your site?

No, I have the Personal option. I chatted with a support person and they told me that the fields were removed because they didn’t actually do anything for a site with my license. This github post explains this as well.
