SEO option is not available in the settings for my site

As per your post about SEO settings by individual bloggers I looked for the SEO option under settings.
teluguanuvaadaalu.wordpress.com is one of my blogs where I have posted over 1650 posts during the last 6 years.

You are confused if you think there is such a setting on any wordpress.COM hosted blogs because it does not exist.

The SEO settings are available for free sites. You can find it under My Sites ->Settings and click the SEO tab at the top of the settings page:
