  You can’t install any plugins on wordpress.COM blogs. If you want plugins you should consider a wordpress.ORG self-hosted install, where you have to pay for hosting and the domain. In addition, you don’t really need an SEO plugin for wordpress.COM since they take care of most of that for you, and the best thing to do, to get traffic from search engines, is write plenty of good, unique content, and you’ll rank highly in searches.
