SEO & Plugin setting option

  I don’t see an option to include SEO on my blog – https://madformusicindc.wordpress.com/. Am I missing this setting someplace?

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins. More to the point we don’t need SEO plugins at all. http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/03/22/seo-on-wordpress-com/
