SEO Ranking for Web Site Different Than WP Blog url?

  I have an e-commerce site which has a Blog function but it is not robust like WP. I can’t use it . . . I’m afraid it would chase customers away. So I set the e-commerce Blog to point to my WP Blog. What can I do to have my e-commerce site get SEO rankings from activity on my WP Blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Nothing. SEO is site-specific and if your blog is hosted at WordPress.com, search engines are going to treat them like two completely separate sites. You should install software from WordPress.ORG on your site and use that for your blog.
