SEO Strategies/Tools for WordPress.COM?

  I’ve been trying to improve traffic to my blog. Most SEO stuff I find through google searches relates to plugins and things for wordpress.ORG. Is it not possible to do much SEO for a wordpress.COM site?

  Could anyone please clarify this and possible direct me to some resources?

  A box stock (the only way it comes) WordPress.COM has great SEO if you use good blogging practices.
