  Hi,
  I have my blog on blogger.com but i am not satisfied with the editor which consumes most of my time. I would like to move it wordpress.com. I have two questions.
  1. Can i move all my existing articles from Blogger.com to WordPress using some kind of utility service, if you have any?
  2. This blog is my personal blog and i would to go with one of the cheaper option like $3 or $9 options which you have. I see that SEO support is only for business plans. Why cannot the person plan have this option? What other options we have?

  Yeah. It is very much possible. Follow the instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/coming-from-blogger/ to migrate away from Blogger to WordPress.com.
