Hi there,
Please note that metadata cannot be accessed on WordPress.com; however, you can verify blog ownership with the major search engines as seen here:

If you are trying to help your SEO, please note that WordPress.com already has great SEO, but here are things that may help:

If you want to remove the Header Image on your Contact page, so that it is only on your Home Page, you can do that if you edit CSS. Please go to Appearance > Customize > CSS in your Dashboard and add this:
.page-id-5 #header-image { display: none; }Let me know if you have any questions with this!
