SEO Ultimate Help please

    In my settings monitor I get this message:

    It is highly recommended that you use a non-default and non-numeric permalink structure.

    I currently have it set to default. If I change this I start to get errors in the monitor telling me that the links can’t be found, how can I fix this and get the monitor to stop telling me there is a bug and it needs attention?
