SEO,META Titles

    Hello, Would like some clarification, and please advise if this is Plugin based. I do not wish to use any SEO Plug-ins on the site. When I create a Page, Product , Category etc etc, on those pages (under Content) is another section which gives me 3 options:

    Search (Meta Title)
    Search (Meta Description)
    Search (Meta Keywords)

    That block that contains those Elements is that built in to WordPress or is this from a Plug In?

    Next question how do I ensure that once I fill in those boxes, that they are submitted to Google or, is this done automatically.

    Are their any other settings in relation to these 3 boxes.

    I understand the likes of Yoast etc but I just want to keep it how it is. So any advice would be great
