Separate 2 blogs from same account

I have 2 blog sites under my WordPress account. Both are linked to me and my email address. The first one is my personal blog. The 2nd one is a site I set up for my parent’s business. Because emails and responses come to my email address, I would like to switch the email address on their site to their email address. I would like to separate their blog from my WordPress account. How do I do that? Thank you!

If you have a single username account and have registered two (or more) blogs that you do not want to be associated with each other any longer,- Log out of wordpress.com and register another username account using a different email address;
- Read https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site and invite the new username account to become a new Administrator http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator of the blog you want to transfer;
- transfer one (or more) of the blogs to the new username account. https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
