Separate 2 Blogs without losing anything

Hi! I have two blogs under the same account (under my username, password, etc) but I would like to separate the two completely.

One of the blogs is personal and one is for a club I belong to and I want to let other people have access to the club blog and for any email related to it to go to a different email account, but not to have access to my personal blog. It also needs to pass on to the next club president someday- so I probably should have made it separate to start with. Can anyone tell me how to do this without starting over?

    Thank you!!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can create a secondary account at http://wordpress.com/signup . After that I can move one of your blogs to that new account. This way each blog will be on a separate account.

    Looking forward to your reply.

Awesome! The new one is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

When I upgrade this account to make changes (I want to do some custom code) do I have to pay the $99 every year after I make code change? Will the code change I make stay in place even if I don’t buy that package each year? (I know I have to pay for domain registry and all that… but the custom code thing is something I only anticipate having to do once.)

Thank you so much for your help! Will totally keep recommending WP to everyblogger I know :)

Just to verify, do you want me to move the quincybikeclub blog to that new account?

You can control the appearance of your blog with a Custom Design upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ . Alternatively you can purchase a bundle upgrade which includes more features: http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles

All upgrades on WordPress.com are renewed yearly. Should you choose to cancel your Custom Design or bundle subscription, your custom fonts and CSS will no longer be applied to your blog. We’ll keep your last saved changes around, but if you would like them applied to your blog you will need to resubscribe.

Yes, that is where I’d like the other blog moved.
(Thanks for hiding my account info!)

    Thank you!

The http://quincybikeclub.wordpress.com/ blog has been moved to your ‘quincybicycleclub’ account.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
