  Hello! I started a blog on your site for a mandatory school assignment. Its been a few years and I want to start a new blog page about an entirely different topic. I do not, however, want to delete the old one, because I worked really hard on the posts that I created before. How do I do this?

  You can add a new site to your existing account. Please have a look at this support document.

  As you have mentioned, you have worked so hard on your old blog so you shouldn’t delete it. Maybe you want it back in the future. So you can just set it to Private so that only you can see it.
