separate blog posts with a specific tag onto their own page

  I have created a new WordPress blog and am planning to bring over journal entries from my Caring Bridge site, which chronicles my cancer journey. I am still mid-stream and want to continue to write my journal from WordPress, tagging the posts related to cancer journal. However, I also plan to blog/post on other topics. I was hoping I could have a link (maybe a page?) at the top under the header to a section that showed my cancer journal posts only. How can I do this? I want it to be easy for the folks who have been following my journal over on Caring Bridge to not only find my journal but for it to be as reader-friendly for them.

  Sure you can. Use a Custom Menu and link it to the local Tag Page. Lots of people do this.
