separating blog to a new account

I currently have three blogs and am wondering if there is a way to separate one of them to a new account. The third blog is a work blog while the other two are anonymous and delicate in nature. I don’t want people to be able to click on my display name and find the third blog. I don’t want to have to delete the third blog and start from scratch though. Is there anyway to make the my miloshucavage blog under a different username and display name then becomingafemdom and commitmentissuesandsex?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Create a new account – need a new email for that
Then at Dashboard >> My Blogs >> Mouse over the blog name an click on Transfer and follow the instructions to transfer to the new account – caution – spelling things correctly as there is not much error checking and you can transfer the blog to the wrong or non-existent account then the staff will need to retrieve it for you
Also good to add the new account as a user to the blog you are transferring before you transfer it – but not required

How do you get the transfer to appear? I put my mouse over the blog name and nothing happens, I am on the My Blogs page. Is there any other way to get to the transfer option?

If you visit http://en.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ – the main page – you will not see the correct my blogs
You need to visit the Dashboard from any of your blogs main section –
https://miloshucavage.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs
If you see “Leave blog”when you mouse over it then you are not logged in as the Admin that owns the blog
