Separating blogs and removing authenicator

I recently got divorced. I write the roadsenseandnonsense blog but previously wrote the stolenflowersfarm blog also. My ex inherited the farm and wants to continue the stolenflowersfarm blog. How can it be separated so that I have roadsenseandnonsense on (email visible only to moderators and staff) and she has stolenflowersfarm on her email (email visible only to moderators and staff). Also I installed the authenticator app when she went online and changed profile information, as an extra line of security, one that she does not have access to. So there is the issue of removing authenticator until she can transfer her blog
