separating domains

    I have http://www.miosstyle.com (not free) through wordpress.org. However, I have http://www.mpic37.wordpress.com (free) through wordpress.com. I want them separate cause I don’t want the info connecting to each other.
    I didn’t have any problems creating the first one using wp.org, but with the second one using wp.com – things keep pending and won’t let me publish. For example, on the menu page or drafts. I’ve confirmed via email and logged in, but that’s not doing it…
    What’s your advice? I want to keep my domain.
