Separating My Sites and Log-In

  I am manages two sites – my non-profit’s website and my personal website. I need to separate them because other staff members need access to the website but I don’t want them to have access to my person account. However currently both have the same login. How do I fix this?

  You log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, and then without logging in, you register another username account under a different email address. At that point, you can transfer blog(s) to the new account. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
