Separating posts

    I’m trying to keep my ‘about me’ page as the main posts that pops up everytime you click the “Homepage” button in my menu, but it keeps showing all of the posts I’ve made. Is there a way to stickey one post to a page, and then have a separate page for all of my posts? I don’t think I totally understand the way the Menu works, so I might just be thick, lol. Thanks.
