Separating two blogs

  I have two Blogs, my business blog by thejuicygroup which is Oh the places you will go and my personal blog Nipples to the wind:

  https://thejuicygroup.wordpress.com/
  http://nipplestothewind.wordpress.com/

  As Nipples to the wind is a personal blog and I want to be able to post posts without it saying posted by thejuicygroup which is my professional business name.

  How do I go about this?

  First, log out of WordPress.com and create a completely new account at http://en.wordpress.com/signup/

  Make sure to activate the new account through the email confirmation link.

  Then, log out and log back in as the first user and transfer the blog to the new user you created: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
