  hi,
  many years ago I made a blog for a friend which she is using for her business. Under the same account we both made other blogs.
  Now we live in different countries and not talking to each other so I have to move my blogs in a different account.

  Yes, what you can do is create a new WordPress.com account, and transfer the site to the new account.
