Separation lines in Blaskan theme

  I am building a blog with the Blaskan theme.

  I would like to separate with a grey thin line some texts in a fixed content page, like I see in the demo page:
  http://blaskandemo.wordpress.com/image-alignment-and-styles/

  How can I do it?
