Separting 2 blog credentials

  I have 2 different blogs (mbuice53 (personal) and mark automotive of lake charles (company) ) and our SEO company wants access to the company blog that I post so that they can optimize it. Is there a way for me to separate the 2 blogs so that they have permission to tweak it and not have access to my personal blog. Should I separate the 2?

  Also, can I change the name on my personal blog from mbuice53 to MarshBuice? Thanks for your help.

  You can add your coworker as a user to markdodgelakecharles.wordpress.com:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  In regard to your second question, you can change a site address ending in wordpress.com by following the steps here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Please note that the final step in changing your site address allows you to keep or discard the old address. If you are changing your site address so that you can use the address for a new site, please be sure to keep the old address.
