  Hello. The annual fee for todnews.com site appears on my credit card bill this month. Is there a way a to get a copy of the invoice? I log in to post via as an EDITOR. No billing history on website using my editor log in. I did not set up the account. I’m not sure who did. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thank you!

  Only the plan owner (who paid for the subscription originally) can access the billing history and update the credit card information for upcoming renewals. Due to security reasons, we aren’t able to help with revealing this information.

  If this site is owned by you (as in someone set up the site for you, but you’re the owner), please send us the transaction ID for your most recent payment using the account recovery form here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  You can find the transaction ID on your credit card statement: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement

  Please don’t post the transaction ID on this forum. Send that using the account recovery form and we’ll get back to you via email.
