Sequential – Grid page template – images

  Hi, in Sequential theme description they show the images above the child pages text.

  https://wordpress.com/themes/sequential/

  That’s a fancy thing and I’ve chosen the theme because I liked it and thought you can just choose the images to display.

  However, only text of the child pages is displayed and there’re no tips on adding the images: http://loveyourcontent.ru/test-grid-3/

  And you need to do some magic to add the images. Can anybody help me/explain how to do that?

  To be honest, I’m disappointed they show some “tuned-up” feature in the theme description.

  Hi there,

  The theme description page is at https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sequential/

  We upload images the same way in all pages and all posts. So from what I see I believe you upload the images into the child pages as described in the support docs. See here – https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/uploading-images/

  Hi, as you can see the test images are uploaded to the test child pages:

  However, they don’t return on the parent page, the actual grid page

  Hi again,

  I don’t use this theme and I apologize but I have no time to test it in a test blog as I am multitasking from my business right now while voluntarily answering support threads.

  I’m wondering if the images are supposed to be “featured images”?
  Featured Images are 772 wide by unlimited high in that theme. For setting featured images see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/#setting-a-featured-image

  I thought about adding the featured images as well. Tried out in the morning and it worked out!
