Sequential Theme Featured Pages
-
I’m using Sequential theme. In Theme Options, I selected a page as Featured Page One but I don’t see it show up anywhere. If I need to ask the theme owner can I get a contact for them?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I took a look, and currently there isn’t a page set for featured page one. It is set to “grid layout” which is the heading of the pages listed below that. If you go back to the Cutomize > Theme Options and then select a page you have created and that you want in that section, and click publish, all should be good.

Don’t the menus at Customize > Theme Options on the Sequential theme display only published pages? How could a heading be included there?

Actually it looks like there is a blank page called “Grid Layout” that has child pages under it, but it can’t be used to display child pages on the front page, oddly.
@andosan19 since you have blocks to work with now, would you consider creating a page then adding the following?
– Column Block (set to 3 columns or whatever you’d like)
– Add an image to each column
– Add a link to each image, linking to the page you want
That should give you basically the same effect.
You can either do this directly on your front page, or create another page and add it as the featured page. It just needs to have content in it rather than relying on the “Grid Page” function to pull in child pages and what not.
