    Good day
    My website suddenly just disappeared from the web. My email address also does not seem to work. (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    I’m cancelling my subscription with Afrihost at the end of the month so the new people started working on my website. I think they have changed the domain already.
    On your side we also asked that the mail on my account should be changed to (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    My monthly subscription did go of on the 17th July for R204.74.
    How can I get al my websites information back.

    Hi there:

    It looks like whomever is working on your new site switched the domain nameservers over from WordPress.com to mainnameserver.co.za nameservers sometime in the past few days because your WordPress.com site no longer loads under that domain.

    When that happened, any existing email configuration would need to be set up again at your new hosting provider as that doesn’t transfer over. We’re unable to restore anything here as we’re not the domain registrar for your domain.

    It looks like the previous MX (email exchange) record was mx4174212.spe.ucebox.co.za so whomever made your domain changes needs to get that set up as well to get (email visible only to moderators and staff) working again.

    Regarding your plan renewal, the plan is not associated with the account you’re currently logged into so to manage that plan, you need to log into the correct WordPress.com account.
