SERIOUS gallery problem after export/import, please help!! :(

  Hey.. so I just exported all my content of my wordpress.com site and then imported it on my new wordpress.org site. The export was split up in 4 files, each about 2MB and it took me ages to import it, because I had to import each file about 5 times until it finally showed all my content again (after importing each file once, I only received a white screen and nothing happened, only about 10% of my content was imported)

  Now, I have all my content imported and started to optimize my new site, changed links etc and just realised one MAJOR problem with my galleries:

  Somehow the galleries are mixed up inbetween my posts. I have a travel blog with live updates and for all those updates, the wrong pictures/Galleries are now showing up in my posts.

  Example:

  This the the URL of my old blog, showing Live Update 80 with the correct pictures:
  https://chrisontour84.wordpress.com/2015/12/08/live-80-punta-arenas-cabo-froward-chile/

  And this is the URL of Live Update 80 in the new blog: http://www.chrisontour84.de/2015/12/08/live-80-punta-arenas-cabo-froward-chile/

  Sadly, it only shows the pictures of the live 79 update from the old blog ( https://chrisontour84.wordpress.com/2015/11/15/live-79-ushuaia-bouldering-argentina/ )

  And this seems to be the case in ALL of my posts, including my Photography page: http://www.chrisontour84.de/photography/

  It means that the work of the last 4 years is totally messed up and people will always see the wrong galleries while reading my posts.

  I really hope that there is a way to fix this?

  One thing I noticed was that a few of my pictures within the live updates were uploaded in the original size (8MB), usually I always upload way smaller versions on my blog. I had about 5 of those big files in place when I was running the Export, could this have caused the issue?

  Update: I was just doing some more research to see when exactly this problem started. It appears as if all live updates until and including #62 are correct. They display the same text and galleries (just not as the carousel gallery) and do not get the pictures from a previous one.

  Starting with Live update #63, the problem starts though. As you can see here:

  new: http://www.chrisontour84.de/2015/07/17/live-63-el-calafate-argentina/
  old: https://chrisontour84.wordpress.com/2015/07/17/live-63-el-calafate-argentina/

  Now i checked the code and both have the exact same IDs in their galleries:

  [gallery type="rectangular" ids="6209,6210,6213,6212,6211,6215,6214,6216,6217,6218"]

  So there must be a problem with retrieving the images based on those IDs. The old blog has it correct while the new one starts to either not include any or getting images from other posts.

  I really hope someone can help me out here!
