Serious Login Issue

  Hi there,

  I am trying to connect to WordPress.com. I know my login info, username and apssword, but it seems I had set two-step-verification with google authenticator app, which I can’t connect to. I tried to connect via SMS but since I changed my gsm service provider I can not get an SMS either.

  How can I cancel the 2 step verification? I can not connect to my Premium WordPress account at all.

  Hi Tim,

  What is the username of the account or address of the site you are having trouble logging in to?

  I tried to connect via SMS but since I changed my gsm service provider I can not get an SMS either.

  Do you have a copy of the backup codes generated when two step authentication was set up? If you do, one of those can be entered in place of an SMS code.

  If you don’t, just let me know which account or site you are referring to and I’ll see what I can do to help.
