Serious problem with CSS editing

  I need to edit CSS within my site, so i´ve tried downloading a lot of CSS editing plugins. The problem is, when I do the editions and save them, changes never appear. I´ve tried out clearing cache and cookies, but nothing seems to work.

  Hi, you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
