serious problems, white screen with error message. this is frustrating, please help me to fix this. Thank you

    I’m sorry to say but wordpress is a bit complicated and its unnecessary. First of all, this is not my account, i couldn’t log in here because it says user does not exist when i actually do exist. i tried to log in with my email and username but no way. How can they say user does not exist when i can actually log in like this: de-elbonpharmacy.com/log in? more importantly my site has been having issues like 502 gateway timeout , blank white screen and other time

    These forums are for free sites on the wordpress.com platform. According to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=de-elbonpharmacy.com your site is hosted by GoDaddy and therefor runs on the open source wordpress.org. You need to contact your hosting to solve those problems.
